ChaseDesign Huddle is an IoT-integrated platform that offers a personal, re-imagined customer service experience. Heads up display (HUD), Google Glass (Google Contact), integrated earpiece, phone app, existing and volunteered customer data, facial recognition, product recognition, Internet of Things (IoT), wifi, gps, geotag, real-time data, in-person human interaction, etc.... are used to create the ultimate synergistic in-store shopping experience that gives customers the attention, information, and buying power they want to efficiently get in, get more, and get out.
A motorcycle helmet sketch exploration for female hobby motorcyclists. User experience considerations include safety (concussion prevention), ventilation (to encourage use and improve tactile experience), long hair accommodation (existing women's helmets do little to accommodate), visibility (increase peripheral view of the user and increase rider visibility to other vehicles on the road, the leading cause of motorcycle accidents), and materials (increased safety and manufacture alternatives) for women.
